Minimum standards
This Code of Conduct applies to vendors contracted by MOOTS. Vendors must comply with local and national legislation, and when standards differ, the higher standard that better protects workers applies.
These standards define the minimum expectations for vendors contracted by MOOTS to produce or deliver products.

MOOTS does not accept goods or services made with child labor, forced labor, bonded labor, trafficked labor or non-voluntary labor. Workers must be free to terminate employment within the frame of local legislation.
Vendors must maintain reasonable working hours, pay wages and benefits according to applicable law, provide safe workplaces and protect workers from discrimination, violence and harassment.
Work must be performed on the basis of recognized and documented employment relationships. Recruitment fees may not be charged to workers at any stage of the recruitment process.
Vendors must comply with environmental legislation, manage hazardous materials responsibly and confirm compliance with RoHS and REACH standards where relevant for the EEA market.
MOOTS expects vendors to comply with all standards in this code and reserves the right to assess compliance, request corrective actions or terminate an agreement when standards are not met.
